Parents can Surprise their Child with a Personalized Birthday Phone Call and Animated Video Greeting from a Favorite Disney Junior Friend

Burbank, CA – November 14, 2011 – Children’s birthdays are meant to be magical and DisneyJunior.com has launched a special new birthday experience to make it all possible – with a little help from Disney Junior friends Mickey, Minnie and Jake!  Available now on DisneyJunior.com the “It’s Your Birthday!” Celebration is an exciting new program for parents to create a memorable Disney Junior-inspired birthday for their child.

The program is free and easy!  By signing up for the “It’s Your Birthday!” Celebration at DisneyJunior.com/Celebration, parents can schedule a personalized birthday greeting for their child in the form of an animated video greeting and/or phone call from Mickey, Minnie or Jake, from the popular Disney Junior animated series "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" and “Jake and the Never Land Pirates.”  Phone calls from the Disney Junior friends include the child’s name. The animated video is personalized with the child’s name, age and photo to make for a truly memorable birthday experience. Starting five weeks before the child’s birthday, parents will receive email reminders with instructions on how to set up the phone call and animated video delivery. 

Parents will also receive new ideas for celebrating their child’s big day including party tips, recipes for yummy treats, printable paper crafts and fun online birthday activities for kids, all featuring Disney Junior friends. These include:
